What it is: A conference-style day of formation, movement, and prayer. We will cover topics such as:

• Dance from a Biblical perspective
• How the arts can communicate truth, goodness, and beauty--or the opposite
• The effect of personal prayer life on performing arts
  
• Becoming a "living sacrifice" for God

There will also be times of interactive discussion, team building exercises, choreography creation, class practice (come in dance attire!), allergy-friendly snacks for ages 6-8, and lunch and water breaks for all ages. Older students will be given a glimpse into the way that our faculty prays through what we put on the stage, and they will also be prepared to form others in worship and the arts--whether they go on to teach dance someday, or whether they are called to proclaim the Lord in another context.

When it is:

• Ages 6-8: Tuesday, August 6, 2024, from 10 am to 4 pm
• Ages 9+: Monday, August 5, 2024, from 9 am to 4 pm

Is this limited to His Feet Dance students? No! While this will be aimed at our students who are going into this next year at His Feet, most of the sessions are not specific to our studio and anyone involved in any type of performing art is welcome.
